By meeting teachers from other European countries and sharing best practises the teachers can help each other in how to develop play centres that focus on one intelligence but at the same time links with other intelligences.

 

The object of this project is to create an alternative in assessing young children´s learning in preschools with open ended evaluation that focuses on children strengths, interests and talents.

 

It is our belief that using open ended evaluation tools, like portfolios to assess children’s learning will give teachers, parents and children the opportunity to discuss children’s learning and the preschools activities. By doing so improving the teachers work and how they view children’s learning. That will result in higher quality teaching in preschools and help teachers to adopt new methods and tools in evaluating learning.
